We are walking miracles is how I feel. Just to take a breath is magic. Think about it. Let’s break it down.

When you inhale ( breathe in ) air enters your lungs. And oxygen from the air moves from your lungs to your blood. At the same time carbon dioxide, A waste gas moves from your blood to the lungs and is exhaled ( breathe out ) This process is called gas exchange and is essential to life.

See what I mean ! So much has to happen. Just for us to us to function. Every single day it’s mandatory we create something.

Not just aimless living. For godsake. What are you giving?

That’s what we are here to do ! Give leave things better than you found them.

But most of us take so much. It will soon be nothing left around them.

This planet is so generous and abundant. For sure. But with the overwhelming rate of takers. What if mother earth says I shall give no more ?

As we take from mother earth. We must replace. It’s the only way. She will continue to show us grace.
